Baby

At this stage your baby is up to around 1.5 pounds and around 11.5 inches in length. Better than that, he/she is just about finished being formed. They are starting to grow what is called, brown fat. What this does is help to keep them warm. Why is it necessary? Basically, it is to keep their body heat from escaping after delivery. It helps them to stay warm, which is always a big concern.

Mom

As mentioned earlier, you are past the morning sickness stage. Other than that, you can plan having a glucose tolerance test from your doctor. Weeks 24-28 are the times when you will be tested for gestational diabetes. This is critically important for both you and your baby. Your doctor will explain it in further detail, but this simple blood test will shed a light on any potential problem.

One nice thing you can begin doing, if you haven’t already, is to talk to your baby. They will now begin to recognize your voice and dad’s as well. You can even sing songs to them or play music and they will sometimes let you know they like it. It is amazing to say the least.View Your Product AVailable For Download Here..http://www.betterlifeinformation.com/pregnancy-baby/newmother/

Baby

Your baby has a heartbeat! Yes, at week 5 the plate that is used in forming the actual heart in your baby has developed to the point where it starts beating. Although it is impossible to hear it you can be assured it is happening. This is a life changing moment to say the least.

Another event that takes place during this week of your pregnancy is that your baby’s neural tube starts the process of fusing. This is one of the reasons why your doctor has you taking folic acid. It helps with proper formation.

Mom

For mom, this is an equally eventful week as this is when morning sickness begins to make its daily appearance. If you haven’t known you were pregnant yet, you will now.

Another area that provides you with more notice of being pregnant is your breasts. Are they feeling more tender lately? If so, don’t be overly concerned because this is normal. It may help to purchase and wear a jog bra of some sort to help hold them in place.

It is important to note that if you are not experiencing these pregnancy symptoms it does not mean anything is wrong with you. Some women are blessed in this area and don’t go through this as bad as others.

Finally, make sure you continue to eat well, or start to if you haven’t known you were pregnant up to this point. Try to eliminate a lot of the fats and sugar if possible. The excess weight (over and above what is normal) you put on now will be tougher to take off later.

That is the highlights for this week in your pregnancy. Everything is moving in the right direction and even better things are in store.View Your Product AVailable For Download Here..

In the first trimester, some mothers will experience morning sickness in the early stages. Some women experience vomiting or nausea. The middle or second trimester of pregnancy is the stage where the baby’s growth is more felt. The belly becomes more visible as it begins to bulge. Women at this stage can already feel some movements from the baby.

Some mothers are stressed easily in this stage. The growing belly drastically changes a woman’s appearance, sometimes resulting with unsightly stretch marks. For some it causes insecurity with their physical looks. Others take it lightly, as a normal occurrence in pregnancy.

This is also the stage where pregnant woman experience constipation, indigestion and heartburn. As this is a crucial stage, women should be very diligent in visiting their doctors for regular checkups.

The final stage of pregnancy is the last three months. In this stage, a mother may experience a decrease in their appetite. The best solution for this is to have small snacks every 3 to 4 hours.

Some complications may arise in this final stage. Some women experience hypertension that can lead to high blood pressure. A large belly can bring utter discomfort in bed, making it quite difficult for women to sleep.

It is also in the third trimester that a woman feels the most discomfort. Her large belly makes it hard for her to move around and do things on her own. It is also very hard to sleep at night.

Pregnancy is very risky for women. But the joy of having a baby is priceless. Remember that pregnant women should still exercise also.
